Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has revealed all about his managerial approach.

Giggs, 44, took charge of his native Wales this January for his first permanent post. His record coming into the current international break stands as two wins, one draw and two losses.

Wales are set to play Spain on Friday and then Republic of Ireland on the following Tuesday.
