Chelsea managed to end their substandard season with a trophy on Saturday as they defeated Manchester United 1-0 to lift the FA Cup.

An Eden Hazard penalty in the first half was the only goal of the game as Antonio Conte, having lost last year’s final against Arsenal, ended Chelsea’s season on a high.

And while it was only Jose Mourinho’s third defeat in 15 Cup finals as a manager, the campaign was a trophyless one for his team.
