NICOLA SANSONE (Villarreal) 8.2
The former Sassuolo forward is slowly becoming a fan favourite with a number of devastating displays so far this season.
The 25-year-old continues his impressive form, scoring a brace against Real Sociedad.
Although Alexandre Pato squandered the opportunity to break the deadlock, Sansone was on hand to convert the opener after 22 minutes.
He doubled Villarreal’s advantage three minutes later with an audacious 60-year strike to make it three goals in four games.
ARITZ ADURIZ (Athletic Bilbao) 8.1
The San Mames cult hero rolled back the years and proved at the age of 35 he is still one of the most potent finishers in La Liga.
The veteran striker scored twice as Athletic Bilbao beat Valencia 2-1.
He now joins Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos, as players who have scored in 12 straight top flight Spanish seasons since 2005-06.
ANTOINE GRIEZMANN (Atletico Madrid) 7.9
Consistently one of the best attackers in La Liga, Griezmann has an eye for space and providing key passes to unlock opposition defences.
