Watch: Mesut Ozil has what it takes to become full-time Arsenal captain, says Unai Emery

Playmaker Mesut Ozil, who retired from international football last week, captained Arsenal to a comprehensive 5-1 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.

Ozil also netted a goal for the Gunners while Alexandre Lacazette chipped in with a brace. Rob Holding and Eddie Nketiah were also on target.

And new boss Unai Emery believes 29-year old Ozil has what it takes to lead Arsenal permanently in the future, given the club have yet to appoint a new skipper for this coming season.
