France progressed to the finals of Euro 2016 after a 2-0 win over Germany in the semi-finals in Marseille courtesy of a brace from Antoine Griezmann.
The Atletico de Madrid forward dispatched a penalty on the stroke of half-time after Bastian Schweinsteiger handled inside the box.

France will face Portugal in the finals on Sunday.
