Harry Kane returned to the starting line-up for Tottenham’s Premier League trip to Burnley.

The England striker has missed the last seven matches because of an ankle injury but boss Mauricio Pochettino described him as “an animal” after he returned to training ahead of schedule.

Danny Rose was also named in the side following illness while Burnley, looking to extend a unbeaten run of seven Premier League games, were unchanged from their victory over Brighton two weeks ago.
