Manchester City secured three more Premier League records on Wednesday night thanks to their 3-1 victory against Brighton, securing the most goals, wins and points in a single campaign.

Pep Guardiola’s side have now picked up 97 points, along with 31 victories and 105 goals, with one game still remaining against Southampton on the final day of the season.
