The Premier League season is all but over. But the fate of a few sides still hangs in the balance.

The battle to stay alive is in its most interesting phase as Swansea face Southampton in a possible relegation decider on Tuesday.

Both sides are on 33 points, but Southampton’s goal difference is what moved them out of the relegation zone following their 1-1 draw with Everton at the weekend.

Whichever side wins, is guaranteed survival, but a draw would mean West Brom’s hopes of escaping relegation are still alive.
