Arsenal’s departing boss Arsene Wenger has spent most of his 22 years as a rival, irritant and adversary to Manchester United.

The two clubs have shared titanic battles at the summit of English football for the best part of two decades and naturally there have been some good days and some bad at Old Trafford for the Frenchman.

His latest defeat at the Theatre of Dreams – a 2-1 reverse on Sunday in his final game against United as Arsenal boss – was the latest disappointment although no loss will be as hurtful as the 8-2 thrashing suffered in 2011.

Wenger, though, will have fond memories of the stadium, no least capturing the Premier League title in 2002.

Check out the clip below as Wenger recalls his best and worst moments at Old Trafford during his reign as Arsenal manager.
