Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin emerges as summer transfer target for Juventus

Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin is being tracked by Serie A giants Juventus, according to the Guardian.

The Gunners right-back has been tipped to replace Stephan Lichtsteiner next season, with the veteran Swiss out of contract come June.

Bellerin, who has received criticism from some sections of Arsenal’s north London fanbase this term, was also linked with the Old Lady in January but nothing materialised.

The Spaniard is tied down to a long-term deal at the Emirates but given the internal problems at the club presently, the 22-year-old may make a bold decision over his future.

Barcelona almost re-signed the La Masia graduate last summer for a whopping €45m (Dh203m) fee but the Arsenal man chose to stay put with first-team opportunities potentially scarce.
