Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz, N’Golo Kante, Eden Hazard and Diego Costa were all selected by Lampard after their blistering performances under Antonio Conte this season.

Of course, there was some interesting calls as well, with Burnley’s Michael Keane and Liverpool’s Adam Lallana making the cut.
