Following a 2-1 defeat to Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Friday, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has warned his side against repeating their errors from last season.

The Italian is keen to see his troops shore up in defence and insists they must learn to be more compact.

Conte emphasised that everyone at the club must take responsibility for the loss.
