Legendary Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel has spoken about the club’s competition with Manchester City ahead of this weekend’s Manchester derby.

Schmeichel was influential in United’s historic treble-winning 1998/99 season during his eight-year spell at the club but also briefly turned out for their cross town rivals before retiring.

Despite United’s struggles over the past three seasons and City’s relative success, the Dane insists, in the video below, that the Reds are still the bigger outfit.
