From Marco Reus’ excellence for Borussia Dortmund in their win against rivals Bayern Munich, to a sensational display from Memphis Depay in Lyon’s 4-2 victory against Guingamp, there were some terrific performances across Europe’s top five leagues.

Real Betis boss Quique Setien believes Barcelona legend Johan Cruyff would have been happy about the way his team lost on Sunday.

Betis handed Barca a taste of their own medicine as they dispatched the Catalan team 4-3 at the Camp Nou.

Arturo Vidal was vocal about his disdain for Barcelona’s defending in their 4-3 home defeat to Real Betis on Sunday, claiming the Blaugrana simply “can’t lose like this at home”.

Speaking after the match he took aim at the team’s defending.
