Ernesto Valverde is apparently considering returning to a 4-4-2 formation in a bid to improve his Barcelona team’s stuttering form.

The Barca boss has plenty to think about after a couple of poor results including a 2-1 defeat at bottom club Leganes in the week, as well as some tough-looking fixtures ahead against Athletic Bilbao, Tottenham and Valencia.

Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde has dismissed any questions about his team’s attitude following a shock LaLiga defeat against Leganes.

Leganes struck twice in a minute to claim a 2-1 win on Wednesday, although Barcelona remain top of the table ahead of Saturday’s game with Athletic Bilbao at the Camp Nou.
