Barcelona‘s summer of spending is far from over, Ernesto Valverde has claimed during their pre-season tour stateside.

The acquisitions of Bordeaux’s bright Brazilian prospect Malcom, Sevilla centre-back Clement Lenglet and Arthur from Gremio have headlined Blaugrana’s business so far, totalling €108m in expenditure.

While the €50m sale of Paulinho to GZ Evergrande did recoup some of that outlay, the Catalan giants are set to splash the cash again before the window slams shut next month.
