Al Nasr Club has confirmed the signing of UAE international Abdulla Qasem from Arabian Gulf League rivals Al Jazira.

Qasem signs for the Blue Wave on a three-year deal and follows Macadonian international Ivan Trickovski into the Al-Maktoum Stadium, after he joined from Club Brugge earlier in the week.

He will wear the number nine shirt for his new employers.

The club announced the capture of Qasem on their Twitter page last night and will be hoping that the 27-year-old winger can make an instant impact for the Dubai club.

Qasem's departure was hastened by the arrival of Mirko Vucinic and Jonathan Pitroipa at Jazira with the pair severly reducing his opportunities for game time at the capital club.
