Senegal goalkeeper Khadim N’Diaye’s time wasting tactic against Algeria is weird to say the least

Over the years, we have seen some really desperate attempts by players to waste time when their team is leading and the final whistle near.

From faking an injury to not taking a throw-in as quick as they should, players have tried anything and everything to consume time.

But during an Africa Cup of Nations encounter between Senegal and Algeria, Khadim N’Diaye, Senegal’s goalkeeper was involved in possibly the most weird act of time wasting.

The incident was even more difficult to absorb bearing in mind the match had no relevance, Algeria already out of the tournament and Senegal guaranteed a place in the next round.

As you can see below, this is truly bizarre.
