Manchester United and Manchester City are taking a look at Sevilla defender Clement Lenglet, reports the Daily Mail.

The 22-year-old Frenchman has a contract until 2021 and reportedly has a buyout clause worth £28million.

Liverpool are exploring the possibility of signing West Brom centre-back Ahmed Hegazi, according to ESPN.

On loan from Egyptian club Al Ahly, Leicester are also interested with West Brom having an option to make the deal permanent for €5million.

VERDICT

DAVID LUIZ

Chelsea defender David Luiz is a shock target of Real Madrid, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Luiz has fallen down the pecking order with the Premier League champions after Andreas Christensen’s emergence as a first-team regular and could be moved on in January.

VERDICT

Injuries and the inconsistent form of Jesus Vallejo have left Real looking dreadfully short at centre-half and Luiz could be the man to bolster their backline.
