The Sharjah-outfit needed to win to keep their slim hopes alive but were all out for 66 as Ansh Tandon had no support from his batsmen, top-scoring with 11.

Having won their previous two games, Zenith cruised to the target  losing just one wicket and made it three wins from three as Vishal Raj (37) and Niel Lobo (14) saw them home in the ninth over.

Challengers’ defeat saw PAK Hawks Sharjah seal the second qualification spot after two wins from their three games.

In the U-13 Sharjah group, three rounds are remaining but the race for the two knock-out spots look set to go to the wire.

Aditya Manglani took six scalps as Brilliant Team were all out for eight as DPS Sharjah continued their perfect record with a 10-wicket victory.

They have 12 points along with Our Own Zenith, who registered their fourth win in five games.

Roger’s total helped Zenith score 104 in their 15 overs and he later returned to torment the opponents with his bowling by claiming two wickets as Ryanites were restricted for 66-9

PAK Hawks Sharjah moved up to third position with nine points ahead of Leaders XI, who they beat by nine wickets.
