Rashid Khan blasted a 10-ball 34 not out and then took 3-19 as Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Kolkata Knight Riders by 14 runs in their IPL Qualifier .

Knight Riders skipper Dinesh Karthik won the toss and elected to bowl first. A late burst from spinner Rashid, which included 24 runs from the final over, took Sunrisers to a competitive total of 174 -7.

He then turned up the heat in the field, taking three wickets, affecting a run out and taking two catches in the final over to secure victory and book a spot in the final against Chennai Super Kings.
