The IPL league phase is over with four teams finalised for the play-offs. Chennai Super Kings take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first Qualifier in Mumbai on Tuesday, which means it’s time to reset your Fantasy Team and make the most out of the final leg of IPL 2018.

One of Chennai or Sunrisers is certain to progress to the title clash while the other team will get another shot at the final when they play the winner of the Eliminator between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals.

MS Dhoni and Ambati Rayudu are straightforward picks from the Chennai camp as they are two of the top-run scorers this season, while Sunrisers captain Kane Williamson and leg-spinner Rashid Khan have been in sensational form.

Chennai’s Suresh Raina hit a composed fifty in the last game against Kings XI Punjab, meaning he enters the critical part of the league in good nick.

The pace of South African quick Lungi Ngidi is too hot to ignore. The wicket in Mumbai – also the venue for the final – offers a fair amount of bounce and if there is anyone who can extract something out of a quickish track, it is Ngidi.

Chennai’s Deepak Chahar has turned out to be the dark horse with his incredible line and control with the new ball, along with some lusty hits during his 20-ball 39 against Punjab after being promoted, ensuring he he will be high on confidence – with the ball and bat.

Hyderabad’s Shakib Al Hasan is the all-round option and should get enough opportunities to deliver on two fronts.

Both Indian seamers Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Siddarth Kaul are good options but I would go with Bhuvi as Kaul has gone for more than 40 runs in three of his last four outings.

As far as another specialist spinner is concerned, Ravindra Jadeja is a better option than Harbhajan Singh. The left-arm spinner has bowled in 12 games with an economy of 7.6 for his nine wickets, plus offers more with the bat.
