Kings XI Punjab, who have stuttered after a great start to the season, will face off against the in-form Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League [IPL] on Thursday.

From a Fantasy League point-of-view, both these teams have players that haven’t exactly been consistent throughout the tournament and hence, team selection could be a bit tricky for this match.

Here, we look at three players who you should look at picking in your fantasy team for this encounter.

AXAR PATEL [850,000]

Since joining Kings XI in 2014, Axar Patel has been one of the most consistent players in the league, having played every game for his franchise over the last four seasons.

The all-rounder gives you great value with the ball as he not only takes wickets, but also tends to be economical. His batting can also fetch you some points and he has a top score of 44 this season.

ROHIT SHARMA [1,050,000]

The Mumbai captain might have been out of form at the start of the tournament, but he looked to be getting back to his best with an unbeaten 40 against the Gujarat Lions.

Considering Sharma’s record in the IPL and the fact that he is still the best Mumbai batsman in these conditions, he is a must-have.

NITISH RANA [650,000]

Although he did play in the IPL last season, the 23-year-old has really made a name for himself this year with some really good performances which saw him even hold the Orange Cap for a short while.

At just 650,000, Rana is definitely worth having in your team. What more, you can get him into your team using the free uncapped substitution.
