Jomel Warrican took four wickets on his international bow as West Indies produced a stirring bowling display on the opening day of the second Test against Sri Lanka.
Thrashed by an innings in the series opener in Galle, the tourists bounced back on Thursday as Sri Lanka were all out for exactly 200, with slow left-armer Warrican the pick of the bowlers.
The 23-year-old took four for 67 on his Test debut, while Jerome Taylor and captain Jason Holder each chipped in with two scalps as part of a largely excellent display in the field.

The only blot on the Windies' day came when Shai Hope fell lbw to Dhammika Prasad as they closed on 17 for one, although the islanders remain in the ascendancy.
Despite losing the toss and being put into the field, West Indies made almost immediate in-roads as Taylor's fourth ball found the faintest of edges to account for Kaushal Silva, with the initial not out decision overturned on review.
Fellow opener Dimuth Karunaratne was then pinned in front by Holder, while debutant Kusal Mendis became the second Sri Lankan to perish on DRS after tickling behind off Kemar Roach.
Windies skipper Holder accounted for opposite number Angelo Mathews in the over before lunch, inducing an edge that just carried to Kraigg Brathwaite at second slip as Sri Lanka ended the session on 59 for four.
Matters did not improve for the hosts as Dinesh Chandimal, having batted patiently for 25, slashed at a wide Taylor delivery only to inside edge the ball onto his stumps.
Warrican claimed his maiden Test wicket when Kusal Perera was caught and bowled, and while Milinda Siriwardana launched the spinner for two sixes in his next over to bring up his first Test fifty, Sri Lanka were seven down after Dilruwan Perera was stumped coming down the pitch to Devendra Bishoo.
Siriwardana was given a life on 63 when Hope dropped a simple chance at square-leg, but the batsman added just five more to his total before being caught at long-off off Warrican.
Despite a useful contribution from Rangana Herath (26no) to take Sri Lanka up to 200, Warrican ended the innings by having Prasad caught behind and Nuwan Pradeep lbw second-ball.
