When Jos Buttler hit the final delivery of the 19th over for a six, nearly everyone expected England to win the match as only eight runs were required off the last over.

The ball was given to Jasprit Bumrah and boy, did he deliver! The 23-year-old conceded just two runs from the over, even taking the crucial wickets of Joe Root and Buttler.

There were a lot of discussions between each delivery of the over, with the likes of Ashish Nehra, MS Dhoni and captain Virat Kohli talking to Bumrah.

Speaking at the end of the match, Kohli revealed what he was telling Bumrah during that final over which proved to be a memorable one for the Men in Blue.

“Bumrah was asking me what to do every ball. I just told him to back his skills. Even if it goes for a six, you still wake up tomorrow. It’s not the end of the world,” said Kohli.

With the series level at 1-1, the two teams will now clash at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru in the decider on Wednesday.
