India’s all-round trio of Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Jayant Yadav all scored half-centuries as India took a giant step towards victory on day three of the third Test against England at Mohali on Monday.
India were eventually bowled out for 417, with Jadeja top scoring with 90. Ben Stokes took his third five-wicket haul in Test cricket for the visitors.
England were 78/4 at the end of play on day three, still trailing India by 56 runs in their second innings. Ashwin was the most impressive India bowler, picking up three wickets.
