Pakistan v Afghanistan live cricket score: Pakistan begin chase of 258 for victory

A massive day in the Super Four of the Asia Cup with a blockbuster double-header – Pakistan face danger team Afghanistan in Abu Dhabi while India take on Bangladesh in Dubai.

In team news Mohammad Amir is dropped and Shadab Khan injured for Pakistan while Faheem Ashraf also misses out. Haris Sohail, Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Nawaz all come in for the Men in Green.

For Afghanistan, just the once change as Najibullah Zadran comes in for Samiuallah Shenwari.

Afghanistan fared strongly with the bat as half-centuries from Asghar Afghan (67) and Hashmatullah Shahidi (97) set up a score of 257. Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Nawaz took two and three wickets respectively.

Afghanistan have won the toss and decided to strap on the pads.
