Pakistan icon Shahid Afridi has provided fans with an update over the knee problem that disrupted his Pakistan Super League 2018 campaign with the Karachi Kings.

The 38-year-old, who sustained the injury during the tournament, missed the climax to the event in Pakistan.

Afridi has not played since the Kings’ clash against Islamabad United on March 18 in Dubai and it is unclear when and where he will next take to the field given he is in the twilight of an illustrious career.

After visiting a doctor in Dubai on Thursday, the all-rounder confirmed he would be sidelined for another month.
