10:00pm – Kohli and De Villiers shine in Royal Challengers Bangalore’s win

Royal Challengers Bangalore stay alive in the race for the IPL playoff spots with a five-wicket win over the Delhi Daredevils. Fifties from Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers helped the visitors overhaul Delhi’s total of 181-4 with an over to spare in the end. 9:00pm – Shadab and Faheem lead Pakistan’s fightback in Test against Ireland

A historic day for Ireland has drawn to a close at Malahide in Dublin. After Pakistan had been reduced to 159-6 in their first-innings, Shadab Khan and Faheem Ashraf fought back with a 109-run unbroken stand to take the visitors to 268-6 at stumps. 6:35pm – Royal Challengers bowl first against Delhi Daredevils

6:30pm – Kolkata Knight Riders beat Kings XI Punjab by 31 runs

In the first of Satudary’s double-header in the IPL, Kolkata Knight Riders recorded an important 31-run win over Kings XI Punjab to keep their playoff qualification hopes alive. 5:00pm – Clash of the captains as Chennai Super Kings take on Sunrisers Hyderabad

3:00 pm – Pakistan lose early wickets

Pakistan lost openers Azhar Ali and Imam-ul-Haq after Ireland won the toss and decided to bowl first in their inaugural Test in Dublin.

There was bright sunshine on Saturday, allowing for cricket to get underway after rain had washed out the opening day’s play.

2:45 pm – Bangalore can’t afford to slip up against Delhi

Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore face bottom-placed Delhi Daredevils in the IPL on Saturday.

Defeat is not an option for Kohli’s team and they will need to be wary of Delhi batsman Rishabh Pant who smashed a whirlwind century in the previous game against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
