Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun is called up to India’s Under-19 squad

Arjun Tendulkar, son of Sachin Tendulkar, has been included in India’s Under-19 squad for their tour of Sri Lanka.

The all-rounder will play in two four-day matches with the squad led by Delhi’s wicket-keeper batsman Anuj Rawat. Although Arjun is expected to play a main role in the four-day games, he was not selected in the one-team team, led by Aryan Juyal, that will play five matches.

 

Arjun has impressed in the domestic circuit and was involved in India’s U-19 training camp last week.
