Karun Nair’s idea of Valentine Day’s seems to be different compared to most others.

The 25-year-old India batsman took to Twitter to post a picture of his newly purchased Ford Mustang and called it his ‘Valentine’.

The car’s registration number reads ‘KA 03 NA 303’, with KA indicating both the state (Karnataka) the vehicle is registered in and the opening to Nair’s first name.

Personalisation continues with NA the first two letters in his surname and 303 referring to the triple century he scored against England at Chennai in December last year. During that knock, he had become just the second Indian batsman after Virender Sehwag to register a triple ton in Test cricket.

Despite the triple hundred, Nair was dropped in the next Test that India played against Bangladesh as vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane returned after missing out on two Tests due to injury.

Luckily, he’s found some love at the start of 2017.
