India captain Virat Kohli is in the form of his life. On Friday, Kohli notched up his fourth double century in four successive Test series which is a record.

The 28-year-old received praise from various quarters for his knock including that of legendary India batsman Sachin Tendulkar.

Tendulkar posted a picture of Kohli with his bat on Twitter and stated how the marks on the middle of the bat shows just how good form the Delhi batsman is in.

“The sweet spot on your bat speaks about the awesome form you are in, don’t need scoreboards. May God always keep your bat like that,” tweeted Tendulkar.

This is some high praise coming from the cricketer with the most Test runs and Test centuries in the history of the game.
