India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli is an inspirational figure.

He is an athlete who gives one hundred per cent on the field, hates losing and also likes to get the best out of others.

And he began 2017 with a motivational message on Twitter for all his fans – recording a quick clip for followers while sweating it out in the gym.

Kohli is currently on a break after India routed England 4-0 in the Test series before Christmas.

In the video post, the 28-year-old explains how important it is to relax but also to figure out when the break should be over.

His message for everyone is simple: ‘Drop the excuses, do something about your fitness starting today’.

Well, let us know if Kohli’s suggestion for New Year’s resolution was one you adopted.
