Rivalries recommence between England and Australia in the picturesque surrounds of Lord’s on Tuesday – with David Warner and Steve Smith set to come under the microscope yet again.

England supporters are likely to poke fun at the pair, who were banned from playing for their country for a year for their part in the sandpaper scandal against South Africa in 2018.

Warner in particular has been superb for Australia so far at the 2019 World Cup, forming a deadly tandem with fellow opener Aaron Finch.

England, meanwhile, have been equal parts spectacular and shaky, having lost to heavy underdogs Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
