Cricket World Cup: See Kane Williamson reflect on New Zealand win against South Africa

New Zealand grabbed first place in the 2019 Cricket World Cup table thanks to their epic four-wicket win at Edgbaston which effectively killed South Africa’s hopes of progress in the tournament.

Chasing just 241 for victory in a 49-over contest, New Zealand stumbled to 80 for four after opener Martin Guptill had been dismissed in a bizarre way.

But captain Kane Williamson stood tall, working his way to an unbeaten 106 from 138 balls. Colin De Grandhomme then helped the Black Caps home with three balls to spare as they retained their unbeaten run in England.
