10:00pm – Shane Watson and Yusuf Pathan shine in player-ratings from IPL final

There was some outstanding individual performances from both teams in the IPL final although there were no shortage of some woeful displays too. 9:15pm – Shane Watson seals IPL crown for Chennai Super Kings with superb ton

That was a comprehensive victory for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL final! Led by an explosive unbeaten century from opener Shane Watson, MS Dhoni’s men have chased down Hyderabad’s total of 178-6 with nine balls to spare. 7:30 – Lord’s turns into IPL fan park

Officials at the Lord’s ground allowed spectators to stay back and watch the IPL final after the first Test between England and Pakistan finished early.

Pakistan won the first Test by nine wickets well before lunch on Sunday, which meant fans didn’t have much to do for the rest of the day.

Sunrisers Hyderabad made 178 for six in the IPL 2018 final against Chennai Super Kings in Mumbai.

Yusuf Pathan scored 45 off 25 balls to power Sunrisers to a challenging total after Chennai won the toss and decided to bowl first.

6:00pm – Chennai Super Kings bowl first in IPL final

The IPL final between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad is underway at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai. MS Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bowl first. 3:40pm – A nine-wicket victory for Pakistan

England lost their last four wickets for seven runs as Pakistan were set a total of 64 on the fourth day at Lord’s. Follow the action here.
